Yllera 7.5 ICE Revolution
Yllera ICE is a red wine, Frizzante, with a low alcohol content (7.5 degrees), elaborated by the winemaker of the house, Montxo Martínez, using only Tempranillo grapes from Castilla y León.

Tempranillo 10 – 40 years old.
Wine Making
Manual harvest, de-stemming cold skin contact maceration to extract aromas and colour from the grape variety. Exclusively juice from the first press in pneumatic press. Partial alcoholic fermentation controlled until it gets the 7.5º of alcohol, respecting the grape acidity and sweetness and keeping natural CO2 from the fermentation. Settling and cold stabilisation before bottling.
Tasting Notes
It has brilliant and clean red colour as well as clear aromas which combine a variety of flavours such as strawberries, blackberries, raspberry with some sweet touch of strawberry jellybeans. Very tasty on the palate, sweet but not cloying, with a balanced sweetness and acidity, fresh and pleasant and with a pinch of natural carbon that makes it very refreshing.
Food Pairing
Perfect to toast at any occasion or top air with not very sweetened desserts (fruits, cakes…).
